We train and hold our staff to very high standards. So if you ever feel less than completely satisfied, please contact Tara directly on 0405 106 672. Your concerns will be addressed immediately.
If we’re unable to resolve the issue to your complete satisfaction within two business days we’ll offer you three months of ongoing management at no cost, to try to regain your trust.
If, after then, we’re still unable to reach agreement, all we ask is notification by email and we’ll regretfully but unconditionally release you from your contract.
